CareHawk, Inc. and CareHawk USA are pleased to announce they are now operating under common ownership. Moving forward, they will be managed as a single, coordinated entity, under unified management. The companies completed their merger on April 25, 2022.

All the key leaders of the CareHawk entities, including Dan Phillips (President of CareHawk USA), David Jansen (Vice President of CareHawk) and Karen Lawrence (Director of Finance of CareHawk) will remain in their key and ever-growing roles.
